Eco Cubby Houses
Students to get hands-on as they build their own sustainable cubby house
Students at Newham Primary School have been hard at work constructing their own cubby houses.
The students have been participating in workshops on how to design sustainable cubby houses, or “eco-cubbies”.
Students have been looking at everything from bird nests, igloos and tepees, through to principles of ventilation, windows and heating.
The school expects to unveil its finished creations later this year.
